General terms and conditions of the online store (Slovene)

The general operating conditions of the Olimian Shop online store are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), with the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-business. Online store The Olimian store is an information system designed to present and sell products to the user. It is managed by the company AMAR doo . hereinafter the provider. A user is a person who uses our system, i.e. a customer in an online store. When registering in the online store, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as his e-mail address, which he determines in his profile, and a password. The user name and password unambiguously determine and associate the user with the filled-in data. After registration, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. The general terms and conditions deal with the operation of the Amadeja Knez online store, user rights and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.

Availability of information
The provider undertakes to provide the buyer with the following information at all times: company identity, contact addresses, essential characteristics of the goods or services, availability of products, terms of delivery of the product or performance of the service, all prices clearly and unambiguously determined, method of payment and delivery, time validity of the offer, the deadline during which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal and the explained procedure in the event of a complaint, including all information about the contact person or customer service department.

Payment methods
In the Olimian online store, the provider offers the following payment methods:

- PayPal, ApplePay

The provider issues an invoice to the buyer on a permanent medium, with detailed costs and instructions on how to withdraw from the purchase and return the items, if necessary and possible.
The purchase contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the provider's server and is accessible to the customer at any time in his user profile (My profile).

Validity of the offer
The listed prices in the online store are irrevocable and only valid when ordering via the Internet, so there may be price differences for some products in the online store and other stores in Slovenia. The prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods, under the above-mentioned conditions. All prices include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time, the provider will offer the buyer a solution that will be mutually satisfactory. If the product is not in stock, the price may change, and the provider will notify the customer. Images can only be symbolic and do not always fully reflect the actual situation.

Validity of the promotional offer
The validity periods of the campaign are indicated next to the campaign offer itself, which may differ from each other.

Purchase process
1. Order accepted After submitting the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. At this step, the buyer has the opportunity to cancel the order within one hour. The customer can always access comprehensive information on the status and content of the order on the provider's website.
2. Order confirmed If the buyer does not cancel the order, the order goes into further processing, when the provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. The provider can call the customer on his contact phone number to check the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. When delivering goods that the provider does not have in stock in its own warehouse, the provider is exclusively bound by the delivery by the provider's supplier and the time in which the provider's supplier can deliver the goods to the provider. Via e-mail, the provider informs the buyer about up-to-date information regarding the delivery of goods. If the delivery time is very long and the buyer does not want to wait, the buyer can notify the provider, who will remove the item from the order and return any funds already paid to the buyer, and either deliver the other items from the order at the buyer's choice, or cancel the entire order. The provider does not assume any responsibility for damage caused by longer delivery times or non-delivery of goods that the provider does not have in stock in its own warehouse.
3. Goods dispatched The provider prepares the goods within the agreed period, sends them and informs the buyer about this by e-mail. In the aforementioned e-mail, the provider also informs the buyer about the return policy, where to contact in the event of a delivery delay, and where to contact in the event of a complaint.

The right to withdraw from the purchase, return the goods
The consumer has the right to notify the company in writing of withdrawal from the contract within 15 days, to the contact e-mail address: amadeja.knez(at)gmail.com. The consumer must then return the goods to the company within thirty days of the written notification of the consumer's withdrawal from the purchase, bearing the direct costs of the return. Products must be unused and undamaged. A copy of the order must be attached. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. The provider returns the entire purchase price (purchase price with delivery costs) as soon as possible, but no later than thirty days after receiving the consumer's notification of withdrawal from the purchase.

Warranty
Products in the online store are subject to warranty conditions in accordance with Slovenian legislation.

Delivery time
Delivery times are marked on the product.

The supplier must deliver the goods within the promised time. Delivery for the Olimian online store is carried out by DPD.

Safety
The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data, orders and payments.

The right to privacy
The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the RS No. 86/2004) and the Insurance Act. All data obtained through the Olimian Store website will be used exclusively for sending informative material, offers, invoices and other necessary communications.

Communication
Advertising electronic messages must be clearly and unambiguously marked as advertising messages. The sender must be clearly visible. The provider will unconditionally consider the user's wish not to receive advertising messages.

Disclaimer
The provider makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its pages is up-to-date and correct. Nevertheless, product features, availability and price can change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the website. In such a case, the provider will inform the customer about the changes and enable him to cancel the order or replace the ordered product. All product photos are symbolic and do not guarantee product features. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Complaints and disputes
